Our Membership Drive is only held at back to school, however we would love your support all year long. It's never too late in the school year to create an account on this website or to help out at an event! 

 

HOPEWELL PTA MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

We invite you to participate at one of these four levels:  

  • Platinum: $350
  • Gold: $200
  • Silver: $75
  • Bronze: $45

All donations to Hopewell PTA are tax deductible, non-refundable and will incur a credit card convenience fee.

INCENTIVE #1: tOP lOCKER for your student 

The first 200 families to sign up for an annual PTA membership for the new school year will secure a TOP locker for their student(s)! 

Families with multiple students at Hopewell will secure a top locker for each child.

 

Although top lockers (as opposed to bottom lockers) are prized, all students who pay for the school's activity & locker fee via Online School Payments will receive a locker for the year, whether or not you join the PTA or try for a top locker through this incentive.

 

Top lockers go VERY QUICKLY each year, typically within the first 5 minutes of launching the campaign. Last year we had over 200 families join by 9:01am!

 

Our web host has assured us they can handle the extra traffic; however, you should expect potential delays and keep trying if you experience slowdowns or timeouts!

 

All lockers are distributed at Information Day from your student's homeroom teacher as long as the school's activity fee is paid in advance via OSP (Online School Payments).

 

The first 200 families to join Hopewell PTA will receive a confirmation email from Mr. LeMoyne later the same day after our launch. 

 

When you attend Information Day: be sure to have both emails available to show your Homeroom teacher just in case they're needed!

1) OSP receipt, and

2) email from Mr LeMoyne (if you receive one)

 

INCENTIVE #2: RESERVED SPOT AT AFTERNOON CARPOOL

Do you pick up your student after school? If so, this one is for you! 

 

Hopewell PTA conducts a raffle with Mr. LeMoyne in late August for much coveted, reserved afternoon carpool spots. These are great if you would like to skip the afternoon carpool line every day (or just when needed!) EVERY FAMILY that signs up for an annual PTA Membership will be entered into the raffle. 

 

    • SIX winners will be drawn from the Platinum membership level.
    • FIVE winners will be drawn from the Gold membership level.
    • FOUR winners will be drawn from the Silver membership level.
    • ONE winner will be drawn from the Bronze membership level.

 

Carpool parking spots are NOT transferable to another family.

Winners will receive confirmation & specific information after the drawing!

Despite the fuss, it is not the end of the world and we hope you will try again next year!

If so, your donation to HMS PTA could be as much as doubled or even tripled!

 

Hopewell Middle school PTA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which means your donations are 100% tax-deductible, and eligible for most employer’s matching gift programs.

 

Company matching gifts are an excellent way to maximize contributions to the HMS PTA and help us continue to support our school.  From large corporations to small businesses, it is possible your employer has a matching gift program.

 

If you made a direct donation or participated in Hopewell Middle School's PTA membership drive, be sure to ask your employer if they have a matching gift program!
