Our annual Hopewell PTA Back to School Membership Drive is held every year during the Back to School time frame.
This year's dates:

Why join?
The Hopewell PTA Back to School Membership Drive is our largest fundraiser of the year and includes TWO exciting incentives!
INCENTIVE #1: tOP lOCKERS
Top lockers (as opposed to bottom lockers) are coveted, although all students who pay for the school's activity & locker fee via Online School Payments will receive a locker for the year, whether or not you join the PTA or try for a top locker through this incentive.
The first 200 families to sign up for an annual PTA membership for the new school year will secure a TOP locker for their student(s)! Families with multiple students at Hopewell will secure a top locker for each child.
These typically go VERY QUICKLY each year, typically within the first 5 minutes or so.
Our processor has assured us they can handle the extra traffic, however you should expect potential delays and keep trying if you experience slowdowns or timeouts!
All lockers, top or bottom, are distributed at the annual Information Day (Open House) from your student's homeroom teacher as long as the school's activity fee is paid in advance via OSP (Online School Payments).
Families with top lockers will receive a confirmation email from Mr. LeMoyne.
Be sure to have both emails available to show your Homeroom teacher at Information Day just in case they're needed!

INCENTIVE #2: RESERVED SPOT AT AFTERNOON CARPOOL
HMS PTA conducts a raffle with Mr. LeMoyne in late August for much coveted, reserved afternoon carpool spots. These are great if you would like to skip the afternoon carpool line every day (or just when needed!) EVERY FAMILY that signs up for an annual PTA Membership will be entered into the raffle. Each Membership Level has different odds for winning, based on the total number of families who sign up at each level, so choose carefully if you want a better chance at winning a carpool spot this year!
- SIX winners will be drawn from the Platinum membership level.
- FIVE winners will be drawn from the Gold membership level.
- FOUR winners will be drawn from the Silver membership level.
- ONE winner will be drawn from the Bronze membership level.
Carpool parking spots are NOT transferable to any other family.
Winners will receive confirmation & specific information after the drawing!

Does your employer offer a matching gift donation for qualifying donations to charity? If so, your donations to HMS PTA could be as much as doubled or even tripled!
Hopewell Middle school PTA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which means your donations are 100% tax-deductible, and eligible for most employer’s matching gift programs. Company matching gifts are an excellent way to maximize contributions to the HMS PTA and help us continue to support our school. From large corporations to small businesses, it is possible your employer has a matching gift program. If you made a direct donation or participated in Hopewell Middle School's PTA membership drive, be sure to ask your employer if they have a matching gift program!
